Rooted in a passion for nature.

A love of nature, at the heart of our work.

Dec has always loved gardening and the great outdoors. What began as a love of being outside grew into Ritchie Landscapes, a business built around doing something he truly enjoys.

When he is not transforming or maintaining customers’ gardens, you will often find him at his allotment, growing organic fruit and vegetables to share with family, friends and customers who have become friends.

For Dec, gardening has never been just a job. He loves getting his hands dirty and watching nature thrive.

Doing things properly

Dec’s dad taught him a simple principle: “If you’re going to do something, you do it right once, and you’ll never have to do it again.”

Those words still shape how we work: taking pride in each job, never cutting corners and giving every project the care and attention it deserves.

We are grateful that so much of our work comes through word of mouth and recommendations. Whether we are maintaining a much-loved garden or creating a new outdoor space, we bring the same dedication and care.
